Pork Pibil

Pork Pibil is a dish that originated in the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico. It mainly consists of pork marinated with oranges (typical from the region), spices, and annatto seeds that are used to give the vibrant burnt orange colour to this dish.

This tender meat is pulled and served simply in its own juices with hot tortillas and pickled onion.
